Respect the room.

Treat our team, artists, piercers, other clients, and their boundaries with respect.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or unwanted sexual comments = appointment over.

Bring your ID.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required when applicable. Minors must arrive with the required parent/guardian and documentation. No paperwork, no poke.

Come sober.

If you appear impaired by alcohol or drugs, we will not perform your service. Your safety matters more than your appointment.

​

Hands off the hardware.

Please don’t remove, change, tighten, loosen, or play with piercing jewelry inside the studio unless one of our professionals is assisting you.

​

Look. Don’t touch.

Our jewelry is pretty—we get it. Please let a team member handle jewelry, sterile supplies, instruments, trays, and clinical equipment.

​

Keep procedure areas clean.

No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping in tattoo, piercing, or sterilization areas.

​

Guests are guests.

We may limit the number of people accompanying you into a procedure area. Sometimes moral support has to cheer from the waiting room.

​

Kids need supervision.

Children must remain with a responsible adult and may not roam through treatment, sterilization, or staff-only areas.

​

Respect privacy.

Ask before photographing or recording another client or team member. Some moments are meant to stay private.

​

Follow your artist or piercer’s instructions.

Aftercare matters. If something doesn’t look or feel right, contact us rather than experimenting with internet remedies.

 

Your anatomy gets a vote.

Not every piercing or placement works for every body. We may recommend an alternative—or decline a procedure—when we believe it cannot be performed appropriately.

 

Consent can change.

You may stop a procedure at any time.

 

Our professionals may also stop or decline a service if safety, consent, anatomy, behavior, or studio standards become a concern.

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. 

 

Staff-only means staff-only.

Sterilization, storage, office, and other restricted areas are not part of the studio tour.

 

Be excellent to each other.

That one pretty much covers everything.
